Graduated 1978, University of West Georgia with a BBA in Management/Marketing. Davis began his business career as a commissioned sales representative in 1978 in the financial services industry. He progressed through the ranks attaining promotions of District Sales Manager, and Regional Vice President in 1985. He moved to the Green Industry in 1990 as a Senior Commercial Account Representative for Chem-Lawn. He ranked as the top producer in 1990 and 1991. He moved to ValleyCrest as New Business Development in August of 1992 to create a new Branch in the Atlanta Market. He consistently ranked in the top 5 of over 50 representatives. He sold over $7 million in landscape services between 1992 and 1997. Davis was promoted to Branch Manager in September 1997 with complete P&L responsibility for the Georgia Branch. He turned an operation which had loses for 5 consecutive years into a profitable business in 18 months. Subsequently, between 1998 and 2001 grew the business from Annual Revenue of $2 million to $7 million of which $5.1 million was Contract Maintenance and $1.9 million of Landscape Installation.

He progressed through the ranks attaining promotions to Supervisor, Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Branch Manager. He managed all Satellite operations for the Georgia market for 7 years. Lee had P&L responsibility for a $3 million dollar business with operations in Atlanta ($1.1 million), Macon ($800,000), and Savannah ($1.2 million). Lee consistently managed a business at a gross margin and net profits at or above industry standards. He provided leadership in recruiting of new talent including leading the recruiting effort at Clemson University and as a key member of the Auburn University and Mississippi State University recruiting teams.

His career with us began in October of 2005, when Greenwood Group was two years old with sales of 1.2 million annually. Jeff immediately excelled, helping grow our client base and revenues exponentially over the last 5 years. Through his efforts, sales now exceed 6 million dollars annually. Not only has he helped grow our business, he has become an integral part of our future success.
Originally from Florence, Alabama, Jeff has lived in the Atlanta area since 2003. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Landscape Horticulture and minor in Ag Business. He has volunteered with the Atlanta Apartment Association on different committees for the past four years. He also volunteers with the Community Association Institute of Georgia having chaired the Fundraising Committee for two years and volunteering on the Program Committee.
His primary responsibility is generating new business, while maintaining relationships with our current clients.
