Greenwood Group is a locally owned landscape maintenance company with 40 years experience. The three principles of the company have varying backgrounds including Business Management, Horticulture, and Property Management. Our experience puts us in the unique position to understand the specific needs of your business, landscape, and the demands of property management. Our Mission is to combine our “big company” experience with local personalized service. Beyond providing excellent results on your landscape our systems are designed and our people are trained to provide pro-active communication. We believe you, the customer, should have a direct pipeline of communication with the owners of your landscape maintenance service provider.

The Greenwood Group provides professional horticultural services for integrated landscape management programs which include ornamental and sports turf maintenance, lawn care, weed and pest control, fertilization, soil conditioning, shrub and groundcover maintenance, small tree pruning, and seasonal color planting and rotation.

The Greenwood Group’s owners have worked with many different type of clients including, The Mall of Georgia (Retail), The Ritz Carlton (Hotel), Carter Property Management, Trammell Crow Company (Commercial Office), Access Management (HOA), Community Management Associates (HOA), Homeowner Management Services (HOA) and The Lane Company (Apartments) City of Atlanta (Municipal).
